Export, import and backup

Exports contain your personal data (progress, notes, attempts, reviews, logs), not the curriculum, and no secrets.

Import

The whole file is validated first. Nothing is written unless everything passes, and the import runs in a single transaction.

How to importMerge: records with the same ID are replaced by the file's version, records only you have are kept, and profile, weekly availability and blackout dates come from the file. Your current plan stays; imported history is added and the plan is marked for update.Replace: all personal data is deleted and replaced by the file (an exact restore). The curriculum itself is not affected.

The data lives in the PostgreSQL database db:5432/interview_planner and is backed up nightly on the server. The README describes restoring.
